Order confirmation
Once your order is placed a confirmation email will be sent out you. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) through Canada Post. There is an option to upgrade to expedited shipping (2-3 business days) with tracking so that you can keep a close eye on when you will be receiving your item(s).
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not 100% satisfied you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Please note that it is the customers responsibility to cover return shipping costs.
Jewelry that has been worn cannot be exchanged. If an item(s) have not been worn it can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Tags must still be attached to product(s).
All shipping charges are non-refundable. A credit will be made to the original payment method within 7 business days once return arrives. Wild Lotus Box

Wild Lotus Box is not responsible for any custom and duty taxes that may be added to your order. Any additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
My bracelet broke!
It is believed that if your bracelet breaks the chosen gemstone no longer serves your purpose. It has done its part energetically. However, if your bracelet breaks within 30 days of purchase please contact us so that we may further assist you. Wild Lotus Box is committed to maintaining a positive relationship with our customers.
